The Delhi High Court has sought Priya Kapur’s reply in Rani Kapur’s suit challenging the family trust, while deciding not to pass any orders on the interim relief application today, keeping the status quo unchanged for now.
The Delhi High Court has issued notice to Padmaja Kumari Parmar and Bhargavi Kumari Mewar on a plea by Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar seeking control of their late father Arvind Singh Mewar’s properties.
The dispute centres on a contested will, with the Court listing the matter for further hearing on February 12.

They claim serious loopholes in the digital trail and have sought seizure of devices, which could turn the inheritance dispute into a criminal case.
