Haryana has introduced new rules providing Rs 45,000–Rs 50,000 monthly for retired Chief Justices and Judges, and their spouses, for domestic help and drivers. An additional Rs 15,000 covers communication and security services. Benefits are available only if similar services aren’t received from other roles, enhancing existing post-retirement allowances.
