Delhi High Court has reserved its decision on delaying trial proceedings against Lalu Prasad Yadav and family in the CBI’s land-for-jobs case. The plea claims the FIR lacks sanction and is politically motivated.
NEW DELHI: Today, 25th Feb, A Delhi court has asked former Union Rail Minister Lalu Prasad to appear in connection with the land-for-jobs case. Special Judge Vishal Gogne has also called Prasad’s son, former Bihar minister Tej Pratap Yadav, and his daughter Hema Yadav to the court.
