New Delhi, March 24: The Delhi High Court has sent a notice to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and former Delhi Chief Minister Atishi regarding a petition challenging her election victory from the Kalkaji Assembly constituency. The notice was issued on Wednesday by Justice Jyoti Singh based on an election petition filed by Kamaljit Singh Duggal and Ayush Rana, both voters from Kalkaji. The petition raises concerns about alleged irregularities and corrupt practices during the election.
