Today(on 20th July), AAP leader Somnath Bharti has challenged BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj’s election in the 2024 Lok Sabha polls, accusing her of corrupt practices. The Delhi High Court, under Justice Manmeet PS Arora, will hear the petition on July 22.
The Delhi High Court advised the petitioner to withdraw the election challenge against Chirag Paswan’s Lok Sabha win and approach the jurisdictional high court in Bihar. Today(on 20th April), Himachal Pradesh High Court has issued a notice to BJP leader Harsh Mahajan in response to a petition filed by Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi challenging the Rajya Sabha elections.
