Today, On 19th March, The Delhi High Court has granted Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and other AAP leaders one week to file their replies to the Enforcement Directorate’s plea seeking removal of adverse remarks, rejecting their request for four weeks’ time.
The Delhi High Court sought responses on ED’s plea to remove trial court remarks made while discharging Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia, saying, “Nobody can stop me from passing an order… see how much strain you put on the judge.”
The Enforcement Directorate has approached the Delhi High Court seeking removal of adverse observations made by a trial court while discharging Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and others in the Excise Policy case. The agency argues the remarks were unwarranted and recorded without giving it a chance to be heard, violating principles of natural justice.

New Delhi, March 21 – The Delhi High Court has declined to advance the hearing on the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) plea in the money laundering case linked to the now-scrapped Delhi excise policy. Justice Ravinder Dudeja, while addressing the request on Friday, stated that the court was dealing with several pending cases and it would not be possible to reschedule the hearing at an earlier date.
Today(on 15th July),The Delhi High Court has scheduled a hearing for August 7 on the Enforcement Directorate’s plea challenging Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s bail in a money laundering case linked to an alleged excise scam. The court previously stayed the trial court’s bail order, and Kejriwal’s counsel requested additional time to file a reply, citing the Supreme Court’s interim bail granted on Friday.
Today(on 10th July), The Delhi High Court deferred the hearing on the ED’s plea to cancel Arvind Kejriwal’s bail to July 15.
