Lalu Prasad Yadav and Rabri Devi have asked a Delhi court to stop daily hearings in the IRCTC scam case, citing multiple pending trials and ongoing election duties. The CBI opposed the plea, stressing Supreme Court’s directive for speedy trials of MPs and MLAs.
Today(on 6th July), The CBI’s investigation into the excise policy case has now shifted its focus solely to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. This comes after the completion of the probe on all other accused individuals.
