A Delhi court has ordered framing of attempt to murder charges against two men accused of attacking Chief Minister Rekha Gupta during a public hearing. The court said there is prima facie evidence of a planned conspiracy and serious criminal intent.
Delhi’s Tis Hazari Court has extended the judicial custody of Rajesh Khimji and his friend Tehseen Syed till October 6 in connection with the attack on the Delhi Chief Minister. Both were produced via video conferencing following their arrest by Delhi Police.
