The Madras High Court has ordered criminal action against Advocate R. Balasubramanian for obstructing the police from executing a non-bailable warrant and using abusive language against the judiciary. The Court highlighted his misconduct harmed the legal profession’s image and directed the Bar Council to initiate disciplinary proceedings against him.
