BharatPe has reached a settlement with former co-founder Ashneer Grover, concluding their legal disputes. Grover will sever all ties with the company, transferring many of his shares to a trust benefiting BharatPe. Both parties agreed to withdraw ongoing legal cases, with Grover expressing confidence in BharatPe’s current leadership.
