In Thiruvananthapuram, senior lawyer Bailin Das allegedly assaulted junior advocate V. Shyamili, leaving her severely injured and hospitalized. The Bar Council has banned Das from court pending an investigation, following public outrage and police action. Advocates and political leaders are calling for swift justice and safeguarding workplace dignity for women.
