    Today, On 20th April, The Supreme Court of India dismissed a PIL to declare Subhash Chandra Bose “National Son” and recognise the Azad Hind Fauj’s role in India’s independence. The CJI warned, “We will ban your entry; we dismissed this plea earlier.”

    The Supreme Court on Monday(18th Nov) dismissed a petition for an inquiry into Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’s death, stating it falls outside judicial authority. Justices Surya Kant and Ujjal Bhuyan advised the petitioner to pursue the matter through appropriate political channels. The court criticized previous allegations made against historical figures as reckless.
