Bollywood actors Shreyas Talpade and Alok Nath have been named in a massive Rs 5 crore investment scam involving over 500 victims. Both actors allegedly promoted the fraudulent scheme as brand ambassadors, prompting police investigation and Supreme Court protection.
Today, On 16th September, The Supreme Court granted protection to Bollywood actor Alok Nath from arrest in the alleged multi-state SAGA Group investor fraud case involving cooperative credit schemes.
Today, On 21st July, The Supreme Court granted interim protection from arrest to actor Shreyas Talpade in connection with a marketing scam case in Haryana. The actor had approached the top court seeking relief from coercive action by the state police.
