The Delhi High Court has passed an interim order restraining digital news channel ‘Charcha Aaj Ki’ from using a logo and colour scheme similar to Aaj Tak. The Court held that Aaj Tak made out a strong prima facie case of trademark infringement and protected its well-known red-white-black logo identity.
