The lawyer, Advocate Vineet Jindal, has also urged the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting to ban the show ‘India’s Got Latent’, citing its “vulgar content” and impact on Indian culture.

Advocate Vineet Jindal has filed the complaint under Sections 296 and 34 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), alleging that the accused made derogatory remarks about family relationships. He further stated that such content is “distorting our culture and social structure, and they must be punished.”

The complaint accuses Ranveer Allahbadia, Samay Raina, and other show participants of transmitting and promoting obscene, vulgar, and abusive content through digital platforms.
