A dedicated link has been created for these summaries, which are meticulously prepared by the Centre for Research and Planning of the Supreme Court.
“Judgment Summaries are prepared to help promote a better understanding of the decisions of the Supreme Court of India. They do not form part of the Court’s decision or reasons and are not for use in legal proceedings”

Currently, the webpage showcases summaries of several significant decisions delivered this year. This effort aligns with similar practices already adopted by several High Courts in India, where landmark verdicts are made publicly available on their respective websites.
