Last year, in a bold move driven by love, Seema crossed into India illegally with her four minor children to unite with her Indian partner, Sachin Meena.
The duo’s connection blossomed from virtual interactions to a profound relationship, initially sparked by their mutual interest in the mobile game PUBG. Their story took a significant turn when they reportedly married in Kathmandu, commemorating their union which began in an unconventional digital space.
However, the narrative is further complicated by the legal stance of Ghulam Haider, Seema’s husband from Karachi, Pakistan. Ghulam, contesting the legitimacy of Seema’s actions and subsequent marriage to Sachin Meena, has initiated legal proceedings in a family court in Noida, India.
Through his petition, he challenges not only the validity of Seema’s marriage to Sachin but also the conversion of their children’s religion. Represented by Indian lawyer Momin Malik, Ghulam’s legal battle underscores his unresolved marital ties with Seema, asserting that no formal divorce was finalized before her remarriage.
