This judge, currently serving in Ajmer, claims that the woman coerced him into a physical relationship and subsequently blackmailed him using explicit photographs and videos.
The judge’s ordeal reportedly began in 2019 while he was preparing for the Rajasthan Judicial Services (RJS) exams. He recounted that the woman approached him under the guise of needing study notes, claiming she too was preparing for the same exams.
Following his successful exam performance and subsequent interview preparation, the woman reappeared with heightened demands, including marriage. She threatened to accuse him of rape if he did not comply.
In his complaint filed with the police on a recent Sunday evening, the judge detailed a series of troubling events involving the woman and six other accomplices.
He reported that the woman demanded a flat worth Rs 50 lakh in Jaipur and persistently pressured him for financial support for various needs, such as expensive clothing, mobile phones, makeup, and rent.
The judge’s situation deteriorated as the woman allegedly threatened to bring in her criminal associates to harm him and his family if he failed to meet her demands.
She further insisted that the judge use his influence to secure a job for her brother as an Assistant Engineer (AEN) with the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC).
The complaint provides a harrowing narrative of coercion, threats, and blackmail.
The judge explained that the woman would send inappropriate messages and videos while he was at court, intensifying his mental distress. By Diwali 2021, he had already given her over Rs 3.5 lakh.
