The three accused were detained by police on Wednesday and later presented before a court, which granted four days of police remand for further investigation.
The alleged incident dates back to December 20, following a birthday celebration organized for company staff. Police sources stated that the complainant arrived at the gathering in the evening and consumed alcohol along with others present.
As her condition worsened late at night, the accused reportedly offered to take her home. Officials confirmed that it was the senior woman executive who drove the car.
During the journey, the vehicle was allegedly stopped at a shop where the accused purchased an item similar to cigarettes. The survivor was reportedly given the substance, after which she lost consciousness.
When she regained awareness the next day, she suspected she had been sexually assaulted and approached the police to lodge a formal complaint.
Police registered a rape case based on the survivor’s statement. Her medical examination has been completed, and investigators are examining physical and digital evidence collected during the probe.
Authorities are also scrutinizing material recovered from the vehicle used during the incident.

- The prime accused, Jitesh Prakash Sisodia, heads GKM IT Company, based in Shobhagpura, Udaipur.
- He resides at Sky Marina Apartments, a premium residential complex in the city.
- The woman executive and her husband, Gaurav Sirohi, are residents of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
Police officials stated that questioning of the accused is ongoing, and more facts are expected to emerge as the investigation progresses.
