According to a senior official,
“So far, 18,400 individuals have registered online. It has resulted in a 60% faster immigration clearance, and around 1,500 passengers have benefited from expedited immigration through the e-Gates.”
The official added that this facility would soon be available at other major airports, including Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kochi, and Ahmedabad.

The official further stated that the final phase of efforts to eliminate Left Wing Extremism (LWE) in all states, including Chhattisgarh, began on August 24.
