Highlighting the enduring resilience of the Constitution, PM Modi reflected on its ability to navigate the country through challenges over the past 75 years, including the Emergency period. He emphasized that the Constitution has remained the foundation of India’s democracy, ensuring stability and progress.

In a significant moment, PM Modi underscored the full implementation of the Constitution in Jammu and Kashmir. He remarked,

“It is because of Babasaheb’s Constitution that Jammu and Kashmir celebrated Constitution Day for the first time today, marking a historic moment for the region.”

This milestone highlights the region’s integration into India’s democratic framework under the Constitution.

PM Modi also paid homage to the victims of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, reaffirming India’s resolve to combat terrorism. “I want to reiterate the country’s resolve—any terrorist organizations challenging India’s security will receive a befitting response,” he declared. Under BJP’s leadership, the government has maintained a steadfast commitment to ensuring national security and addressing terrorist threats.
