The launch event attended by Justice A Muhamed Mustaque, along with Editorial Committee members Justice VG Arun, Justice CS Dias, Joseph Rajesh (Director of IT), Jubiya A (Director of Kerala State Mediation and Conciliation Centre), and Rakesh MG (Deputy Director of IT).
The KHJ-Daily service will deliver certified reported judgments of the Kerala High Court to judges, district judiciary members, legal practitioners, law scholars, and the general public on a daily basis.
Following the successful launch of ‘High Court Chronicles,’ a bilingual monthly newsletter introduced in January, the Kerala High Court now rolled out “KHJ-Daily.” The newsletter aimed to keep the legal community and the public informed about significant legal initiatives, events, and High Court judgments.
Since its launch, High Court Chronicles has rapidly grown, gaining over 15,000 email subscribers and more than 3,000 WhatsApp subscribers. The new KHJ-Daily service will now be distributed through WhatsApp communities connected to the Chronicles.
This latest initiative is a collaboration between the Chronicles Team and the IT Directorate. It features a dedicated team, including an editorial committee of five reporters, who ensure the timely dissemination of judgments through KHJ-Daily.

They will have swift access to certified judgments via a specialized dashboard. Upon uploading a reportable judgment, the team will create concise summaries to be shared through WhatsApp.
Both “Kerala High Court Chronicles” and “KHJ-Daily” aim to improve legal reporting and education by leveraging technology to uphold justice and transparency.
