A man from Dharmasthala village in Karnataka confessed to burying multiple murder victims under threat. He now seeks legal protection to reveal full details.
In a shocking and disturbing incident from Karnataka, a man from Dharmasthala village in Dakshina Kannada district has come forward and informed the police that he was forced to dispose of multiple dead bodies of murder victims.
According to the man, he did not commit the murders himself, but was threatened with serious harm if he refused to get rid of the bodies.
The man recently submitted a written complaint to both the local police station and the Superintendent of Police. In his complaint, he explained that he has been living with guilt and fear for a long time.
He now wants to cooperate fully with the police and give them all the details about the people behind these crimes, including the exact places where the bodies were disposed of. However, he has asked for legal protection before sharing any further information.
The police, after receiving the complaint, released a statement confirming that they have taken legal action.

“After taking the necessary permissions from the court, a case was registered at the Dharmasthala Police Station on Friday under Section 211(a) (failing to provide required information in the manner and time prescribed by law) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.”
They further said that,
“Further legal proceedings are underway.”
The man has also requested that his personal identity be protected and not shared with the public. The police have agreed to this request and stated,
“The man has requested that his identity be kept confidential,” and added, “no personal information would be released about him.”
This case has sent shockwaves across the state as it suggests the presence of a hidden network of serious criminal activity in the region.
The man’s willingness to confess, despite the threat to his life, has opened the doors to a possible breakthrough in solving several murder cases that might have gone unnoticed or remained unresolved.
Now that the complaint has been officially registered and court permissions have been obtained, the police are expected to carry out further investigation into the matter.
