Narula won with 1,781 votes, defeating his closest competitor by 377 votes. He has been practicing law since 1989.

In this election, Narula defeated the current President, Vikas Malik, who came third with 816 votes. The second position was secured by Advocate Ravinder Singh Randhawa, who received 1,404 votes.
There were a total of seven candidates contesting for the position of President. The voting process took place throughout the day.

At the same time, Advocate Nilesh Bhardwaj was elected as the Vice President of PHHCBA after securing 1,501 votes.
Along with them, other key positions were also filled. Advocate Gangandeep Jammu was elected as the Secretary, Advocate Bhagyashri Setia became the Joint Secretary, and Advocate Harvinder Singh Maan was chosen as the Treasurer.
