Abhinav Mukerji, a first-generation advocate, on 25th January has been designated as a Senior Advocate by the Supreme Court of India, a testament to his expertise and reputation in the legal community. His academic credentials are equally impressive, being a gold medalist in the Advocate-on-Record (AoR) examination conducted by the Supreme Court of India.
Abhinav Mukerji’s legal journey is marked by diverse experiences and significant contributions. He has previously held the position of Standing Counsel for the State of Bihar and served as the Additional Advocate General for the State of Himachal Pradesh in the Supreme Court. His legal acumen spans various domains, including anti-doping law, narcotics, constitutional law, civil, criminal, and commercial law, showcasing his versatility and depth of knowledge.
