A division bench consisting of Acting Chief Justice Ashutosh Kumar and Justice Partha Sarathi had reserved its judgment on March 19 after completing the hearing.

Additionally, the court mandated the establishment of a high-level committee to manage these enhancements.
Teacher leader Guru Rehman, who spearheaded the protests, expressed that they would not accept the ruling and planned to appeal to the Supreme Court. Several other candidates have also indicated their intention to challenge the decision in the apex court.
