Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co acted as the legal advisor to Emami Limited for its acquisition of 100% shareholding in Axiom Ayurveda Private Limited, Axiom Foods and Beverages Private Limited, and Axiom Packwell Private Limited the well-known makers of ‘AloFrut’, a popular aloe-vera-pulp fruit beverage brand.
