Krishnamurthy & Co. (K Law) acted as the legal advisor to Mount Judi Ventures for its recent investments in Hexalog and Thimblerr, two technology-based startups working in the logistics and manufacturing space.
These investments reflect the growing interest in digital platforms that solve major bottlenecks in cross-border trade as well as in the fashion and apparel supply-chain ecosystem.
Hexalog is a technology-first platform that aims to bring complete digitisation to global logistics operations. The company develops orchestration software that helps businesses handle international freight, customs processes, shipping requirements, and trade documents through one integrated digital system.
The Hexalog transaction for Mount Judi Ventures was handled by a K Law team led by Partner Christopher Rao, with support from Associates Nidhi Acharya and Shreya Acharya.
Thimblerr, startup backed by Mount Judi Ventures in this round, is a Bengaluru-based apparel supply-chain company that offers brands end-to-end services across product design, sourcing, and manufacturing.
Its model depends on a technology-enabled vendor network that helps brands optimise timelines and production quality. The Thimblerr investment was also advised by a K Law team led by Partner Christopher Rao, together with Associates Nidhi Acharya, Shreya R Acharya, and Salini Augusty.
