India’s leading law firms Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Latham & Watkins, Trilegal, and Khaitan & Co are advising on the proposed Rs.8,000 crore initial public offering (IPO) of Manipal Hospitals, one of the country’s largest healthcare networks.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) is advising on the transaction with a team led by Senior Partners Yash J. Ashar and Reeba Chacko.
They are supported by Partners Janhavi Manohar and Kota Chandan.
The team also includes Principal Associate Anjali Menon, along with Associates Bhaskar Kumar, Sade Tejaswi, Parameswaran Chidamparam, and Siddharth Kaushik.
Trilegal is also acting on the proposed IPO with a strong lineup. The firm’s team is led by Partners Vijay Parthasarathi, Harsh Maggon, Ankit Kejriwal, Kannan Rahul, and Vidhi Sarin.
Counsel Shreya Menon, Senior Associate Nehal Binani, and Associates Prajna Kariappa, Shashwat S., Jahnavi Jayasimha Rao, Vansh Dhoka, Joseph George, and Dhanush T are also part of the advisory team.
Khaitan & Co is advising with a large transaction team headed by Partners Abhimanyu Bhattacharya, Aditya George Cheriyan, Chirayu Chandani, and Suman Prabhu.
