According to the firm, the transaction involved land located across Bhodanahosahalli, Naganayakanakote, and Hemmandahalli villages in Hoskote Taluk of the Bengaluru District. The total deal value stands at Rs.180 crore.
The deal was led by Senior Partner Prashantha Kumar, with Practice Head Keerthi Kishore, and support from Associates Nidhi Ganesh and Amrutha Babladi.
