The Madras High Court Today (May 8th) directed the Coimbatore District Legal Services Authority to submit a report on the health condition of YouTuber and activist Savukku Shankar.
The Faridabad Court has summoned YouTuber Sandeep Maheshwari following a defamation complaint by Dr. Vivek Bindra, another motivational speaker. Specific language used by Maheshwari, including terms like ‘Scam’ and ‘#Stop Vivek Bindra’, allegedly harmed Bindra’s public image. The court scheduled a hearing for April 2 to address the case and allow Maheshwari to respond.
