On Thursday(13th June),The Delhi High Court dismissed Pocket FM’s plea for an injunction against the TV series ‘Yakshini’ due to insufficient evidence. Justice Neena Bansal Krishna stated that while similarities were claimed in characters and scenarios, there was no proof of copyright infringement in the expression of ideas by Disney+Hotstar.
