Delhi High Court ordered Meta and X to remove pirated videos of the movie ‘Kannappa’. The Court acted on a plea from actor Mohan Babu’s production house.
The Delhi High Court ordered Telugu actor Manoj Manchu, ‘X’ and few media houses to take down tweets, posts, articles and videos containing statements against media professional Vinay Maheshwari. The Court granted ex-parte interim injunction in favour of Maheshwari who moved the Court alleging defamation by Manchu.

The Karnataka High Court Today (Nov 27) quashed a First Information Report (FIR) registered against Karnataka State BJP President BY Vijayendra over an alleged offensive post on social media site X from the official handle of the State BJP unit. Justice M Nagaprasanna said the Court was “closing” the case and ordered for the quashing of the FIR and all related proceedings.

The Delhi High Court amended an interim injunction in a defamation lawsuit filed by Union Minister Smriti Irani against three Congress leaders. The modification now requires social media platforms to promptly remove content deemed defamatory towards Irani and her daughter. If the content persists, Irani can directly approach the platforms, who have three days to assess and remove it.
