Today, On 11th December, the Delhi High Court halted ‘Wow Delicious’ from using a trademark similar to ‘Wow! Momo’ due to potential consumer confusion. Justice Mini Pushkarna observed that ‘Wow! Momo’ proved a case of trademark infringement. The court’s interim order reflects concern over protecting the established brand’s identity. A hearing is set for April 2025.
