Today (1st March) Several prominent Indian wrestlers, including Bajrang Punia, Vinesh Phogat, and others, have filed a legal challenge in the Delhi High Court against the Wrestling Federation of India’s (WFI) invitation for Olympic selection trials. The petition alleges manipulation and threats toward athletes and questions the legitimacy of the selection process, calling for the WFI to be restrained from organizing the events.
