A potentially dangerous situation was averted at the Lucknow district court Yesterday (May 31st) when lawyers intervened to detain an individual armed with a pistol. The accused, identified as Chandrapal Singh, was arrested after being caught carrying the weapon into the court premises.
Today (April 3rd) Judges, lawyers, and litigants in courtroom 1 of the Karnataka High Court were left disturbed as an unidentified man entered with a razor and inflicted injuries on himself. The incident occurred this afternoon in the presence of Chief Justice NV Anjaria and Justice HB Prabhakara Sastry.
