Today, On 13th November, the Madras High Court ordered Tamil Nadu authorities to return the Bharat Mata statue seized from the BJP office, clarifying that prior approval is only necessary for public property, not private spaces. The Court condemned the authorities’ actions as unconstitutional and emphasized the importance of national unity and personal expression in private domains.
