Today, On 5th August, Chief Justice of India, DY Chandrachud, announced his transition to a vegan lifestyle, eschewing silk and leather products. Inspired by his daughter, he emphasized living cruelty-free and his wife shares the commitment. He made the declaration during the launch of Digital Law Reports and the inauguration of a Sagar Ratna restaurant outlet, operated by neuro-diverse individuals.
