The Delhi High Court has ordered Sunita Kejriwal to delete a video of her husband, Arvind Kejriwal, addressing the court from social media platforms. This directive was made in response to a PIL filed by advocate Vaibhav Singh, who argued that sharing court recordings violated court rules and aimed to discredit the judiciary. The court also instructed various social media platforms to remove similar content.
Today ( 6th April) A complaint has been filed against Sunita Kejriwal and other leaders for sharing court proceedings on social media, violating Video Conferencing Rules. The complaint alleges a planned conspiracy to manipulate court proceedings and mislead the public. It also targets Aam Aadmi Party members and opposition parties for sharing the recordings.
