Today( on 26th April), The Chief Justice of India issued an urgent order on 26th April to address the plea of a 92-year-old war veteran battling prostate cancer. The veteran’s plea had been pending for two years and was addressed by Justice AM Sapre’s committee in the Noida Unitech case. The court set a May 5 deadline for refund disbursal.
