NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court on Monday (13th Jan) refused to grant an interim injunction to Gensol Electric Vehicles, which had sought to stop Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited from selling its newly launched electric vehicle (EV), ‘eZEO.’
Today, On 10th July, The Supreme Court rejected Bajaj Auto’s request to lift the cap on two-stroke engine auto rickshaws in Delhi, emphasizing that such requests should come from the government or public interest representatives, not manufacturers. The Court highlighted environmental concerns and emphasized the need for government-led initiatives. Bajaj Auto is focusing on expanding its electric three-wheeler offerings as the primary growth driver.
