Yesterday, On 29th October, the Karnataka High Court ordered the release of Gopal and Ajay Joshi, kin of Union Minister Pralhad Joshi, held since October 19 over an alleged cheating case. The court concluded this was a financial dispute rather than a criminal matter, citing the delayed complaint and an intention to refund.
