Today, On 25th September, The Central Government has informed the Delhi High Court that Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal will be provided suitable accommodation within ten days. The assurance comes amid ongoing legal proceedings regarding his residential entitlement.
The Delhi High Court has scheduled a hearing on December 19 for MP Raghav Chadha’s appeal against the cancellation of his official bungalow allotment. The court allowed amendments to his petition and questioned the urgency of the trial court’s vacated stay order on his eviction, which he aims to reinstate.
