Today, On 1st July, The Andhra Pradesh High Court has stayed all investigations and legal proceedings against YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for two weeks. This is in connection with a party supporter’s death during his recent Palnadu visit.
Today, On 27th June, Andhra Pradesh High Court has granted interim relief to former CM Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy in a rally death case, observing, “Despite all precautions, accidents still happened even at the Kumbh Mela.”
In the Singayya death case, former Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan Reddy moved the High Court to quash the FIR. YSRCP leaders YV Subba Reddy, Perni Nani, and Vidadala Rajini also filed similar petitions.
Jagan Mohan Reddy has moved the Andhra Pradesh High Court seeking Z+ security. Meanwhile, the court deferred to June 16 its decision on whether SC/ST Act accused can directly seek anticipatory bail from the High Court.
