K Kavitha BRS Leader Withdraws Petition Challenging ED Summons

Kavitha filed a separate petition contesting her arrest and remand. The ED claimed she conspired with AAP leaders, paying Rs 100 crore for favors in Delhi’s Excise Policy. Kavitha remains under ED custody.
