AAP leader Sanjay Singh, under judicial custody, appeared at an MP-MLA court in Uttar Pradesh for a 2008 case hearing. The court fixed February 14 as the next hearing date. This is part of legal proceedings linked to his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in connection to the Delhi Excise policy scam. Singh was brought to court by train and returned after the hearing.
