Supreme Court Justice KV Viswanathan Recused Himself From DMRC Contempt Plea In Supreme Court Against Anil Ambani’s DAMEPL Case

The Supreme Court On Thursday(14th Nov) petition concerns DMRC’s claim against DAMEPL for failing to refund deposited funds. Justice KV Viswanathan recused himself from the case. Previously, a 2021 ruling favoring DAMEPL was overturned, reinstating DMRC’s victory. DMRC is now pursuing contempt charges for DAMEPL’s non-compliance with the refund order.
