However, one boy was upheld on charges of sexual assault based on credible evidence, while the other faced reduced sentencing.

Today, On 22nd November, The Karnataka High Court denied anticipatory bail to Prajwal Revanna in a fourth sexual assault case amid ongoing investigations by a Special Investigation Team. Revanna faces multiple allegations including rape and intimidation. Despite attempts to withdraw the plea, the court emphasized its decision was based on the complaint, not the chargesheet.
Today, On 26th July, The Delhi court summoned the victim in the Brij Bhushan sexual harassment case for testimony on 26th July. Forensic analysis of mobile evidence faced delays at the FSL. The court postponed evidence recording due to the mobile phone being at the FSL. The matter is rescheduled for August 6. Charges against Brij Bhushan were framed on May 21.
