Today, On 14th November, the Bombay High Court reserved its order regarding Mihir Shah’s plea challenging his arrest in a fatal BMW hit-and-run case. Shah, son of a Shiv Sena leader, argues his detention was illegal for lack of communicated grounds. The court will decide on November 21 after reviewing arguments presented.
