Karnataka High Court today postponed the hearing to dismiss the POCSO case against former Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa until July 26. Former Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa has been summoned to appear in court on July 15 in connection with a POCSO Act case, accused of sexually assaulting a minor girl. The summons followed a chargesheet filed by the Karnataka Police’s CID on June 27. The case was registered based on a complaint filed by the victim’s mother, who has since passed away.
